Linda's Canadian Adventure

Live Earth was also a little bit in Vancouver last Saturday. The concerts were shown on a large screen and local artists performed on stage. I was there with the Sierra Club and talked to a lot of people. Mike performed with his band Damsel Fly. It was very special to be part of this event together.

Damsel Fly in action. The festival was very well organized with a lot of volunteers. The band was never treated so well before, Mike got help carrying his gear and there was food and drinks.

The audience could sit on the stairs, among them William and Sheri.

Today I had to take care of a very young rabbit. The little animal was brought to the Wildlife Rescue, but because it isn’t wildlife they aren’t allowed to keep it. Until another solutions was found I took it home and gave it water every half hour.
