10 days Robberdebop
It has been a little while, but fresh in the memory. A few weeks ago my father spend 10 days in Canada. He took turns staying between William and I and we made a trip to the Okanagan.

A day in North-Vancouver: nature, forest, mountains, a dam and a suspension bridge.
A few days on a wine tour. The Canadian wines are not well known internationally, but they are locally. This area has a perfect microclimate to grow grapes. There are lots of small wineries that are close together and they all have the possibility to step inside and taste some wines. Everything is pretty: the area, the hills, the river, the wineries, the buildings and the bottles.

At one of William’s favorites: Red Rooster. We were served by a musician that didn’t know a lot about wines, but he was interesting and had blue hair.

Of course we collected a few bottles.

Taking in the surroundings.

The fruit trees were blossoming. We tasted wines made of other fruits here. Different, but I prefer grapes!

Mike and I started playing in a Beach Volleyball League. We are playing with a group of friends ‘Shaken not stirred’, just for fun. This night it was raining, but we kept on playing.

I took Rob to work for a day. He did some maintenance work and was curious about what I was doing. I’m working on a raccoon here, they look cute and innocent, but it needs to be sedated before you can examin it. Rob was also curious to find out what a skunk smells like, now he knows!
